24 HOUR CANCELLATION: To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior you will be subject to a penalty/fee/rebooking charge up to 100% of the service cost.

NO SHOW: In the event you do not show up to your scheduled appointment & did not notify the l Collective you will be charged 100% of your service(s).

In combination of safety and consideration for others we do not tend to permit children under the age of 16.

A credit card is required to book any appointment.
