  • the l Collective is available by phone during our normal business hours. Please feel free to contact us via text or voicemail outside of business hours and we will get back to you the next business day.

  • 24 HOUR CANCELLATION: To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior you will be subject to a penalty/fee/rebooking charge up to 100% of the service cost.

  • NO SHOW: In the event you do not show up to your scheduled appointment & did not notify the l Collective you will be charged 100% of your service(s).

  • In combination of safety and consideration for others we do not tend to permit children under the age of 16.

  • A credit card is required to book any appointment.
